Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Drupal Developer with expertise in building, customizing, and optimizing enterprise-level web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Drupal CMS, Acquia, and Site Studio, along with strong front-end skills to deliver scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.

Experience: 8–10 Years
Location: Hybrid – Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Noida
Engagement: 6 Months | Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (4-hour US overlap)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Drupal-based applications and websites.
• Work with Acquia Site Studio for site building and component-based design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Customize themes and modules, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Optimize front-end performance using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software development with 5+ years in Drupal.
• Strong expertise in Drupal 8/9/10 development and site building.
• Experience with Acquia Cloud Platform and Acquia Site Studio.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, caching, and security.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headless Drupal or decoupled architecture.
• Knowledge of React.js or Angular for front-end development.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
