Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 6–8 years of experience to join one of our clients backend engineering team in Pune or Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in Spring Boot, SQL, and microservices-based architecture. The ideal candidate is someone who can own backend modules, drive clean coding practices, and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

✔️ Experience: 6 to 8 Years (Java)
✔️ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in customer office)
✔️ Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (UK Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Design, implement, and maintain RESTful microservices
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases
• Drive technical architecture discussions and decisions for backend systems
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, frontend, and QA teams
• Maintain high availability and scalability of deployed services
• Continuously improve performance, monitoring, and observability of services

Must-Have Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in Java application development
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security Deep understanding of microservices architecture, service communication patterns
• Strong command over SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Experience with REST APIs, API versioning, error handling, and security
• Working knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ
