Position: Ruby on Rails Developer
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)
Availability: Immediate to 20 Days
Shift: Night Shift (Starts after 6 PM)

We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, deep expertise in Ruby on Rails, and the ability to design scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a problem-solver who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful web services.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Ensure front-end integration using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Manage version control and code reviews using Git/GitHub.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Adapt quickly to evolving business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
• Solid experience with web services and dependency management tools.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a night shift work environment.
