About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong technical background in Adobe Workfront to join one of our client teams. The ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in Workfront or related integration platforms such as Adobe Campaign, AEM, Dell Boomi, Java, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and be eager to undergo specialized training on Adobe Workfront. This role involves configuring, developing, and troubleshooting Workfront solutions, including Workfront Fusion, to meet complex business requirements and drive operational efficiency. The position offers initial training in Bangalore, followed by remote work flexibility.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of Adobe Workfront solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configure and manage Workfront work management and proofing/document features.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion modules, including scenario development and function setup.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and partners, demonstrating facilitation skills and establishing credibility in challenging situations.
• Maintain strong documentation, provide training, and support user adoption of Workfront systems.
• Manage integration technologies and ensure seamless connectivity with other platforms. \n- Exhibit a proactive, problem-solving mindset, adapting quickly to change and working effectively within a team environment.

Requirements 

• 5 to 7 years of solid experience in Adobe Workfront or related platforms such as Adobe Campaign, AEM, Dell Boomi, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud with integration experience using Java.
• Strong technical proficiency in Workfront features, including work management, proofing, and Workfront Fusion module development.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and customer-success oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic client environments.
• Immediate availability with a notice period of up to 10 days.
• Willingness to undergo a 6-week training program in Bangalore starting the second week of October.
• Post-training, candidates can work remotely if not based in Bangalore.
• Strong teamwork and change management skills.
