Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong MuleSoft Integration Lead to spearhead critical integration initiatives for one of our client's (NewAge Products) enterprise systems. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable, efficient, and future-ready solutions that drive operational efficiency — starting with the modernization of our Order Management and Transportation systems.

This role blends hands-on development, architecture, team leadership, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to shape integration strategies and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of MuleSoft-based integrations using Anypoint Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and reusable integration solutions.
• Oversee and guide a team of MuleSoft developers — assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to align on priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert in integration strategy, API lifecycle management, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on broader integration efforts such as ERP, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement in integration performance, error handling, logging, and monitoring practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in integration architecture and leadership — capable of designing scalable MuleSoft solutions while guiding a high-performing development team.
• 7–10 years of overall experience in enterprise software development or integration roles
• 3+ years of hands-on Java development (preferably in enterprise or backend systems)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Strong expertise in DataWeave for transformation logic and data mapping.
• Experience designing and implementing API-led architectures and microservices using REST, SOAP, and event-driven models.
• Prior exposure to any databases like Mongo DB, SQL, Oracle, or file-based automation and ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with message brokers, queuing systems (e.g., JMS, AMQP), and connectors.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and manage delivery timelines and technical quality.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience with integration projects involving ERP, E-commerce, and CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or order management domains.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Direct exposure to business operations and leadership.
• Ownership of cross-functional projects and long-term roadmap planning.
