About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with deep expertise in UIPath. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in creating, managing, and optimizing automations. A plus would be experience transitioning UIPath workflows to robust Selenium-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation solutions using UIPath and Selenium (C#).
• Lead efforts to transition existing UIPath automations to Selenium.
• Manage automation lifecycle from requirement gathering through to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and operations teams.
• Ensure automation solutions are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
• Apply best practices in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in production environments.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on automation best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing automation solutions with UIPath and Orchestrator.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD tools, and deployment processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Selenium automation using C#.
• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud environments.
