Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in backend or full-stack development, primarily using Java and Spring, along with exposure to modern cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable solutions while collaborating in a highly agile, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Work across multiple technology stacks including Python and JavaScript when required.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests, logging, and observability.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the overall development experience.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to best practices for code readability and maintainability.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines to ensure streamlined releases.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of Java fundamentals, including Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficient in hands-on coding and experienced in System Design and Architecture
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grasp of software development lifecycle and computer science fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong sense of ownership and a customer-centric mindset.
