Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS) to lead implementations, provide functional guidance, and support our Oracle Retail initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Retail applications, cloud deployment, and integrations, with a solid understanding of store inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and participate in full-cycle Oracle Retail SIOCS implementations.
✔ Provide functional expertise across Oracle Retail SIOCS modules and related features.
✔ Manage store inventory operations such as receiving, cycle counts, transfers, and stock ledger processes.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
✔ Work with integrations involving Oracle Xstore POS, ORMS, and other Oracle Retail systems.
✔ Support REST/SOAP API-based integrations and ensure system performance.
✔ Act as a point of contact for functional and technical discussions.

Requirements:

✔ 6-8 years of experience in Oracle Retail applications, including at least 2 end-to-end SIOCS implementations.
✔ Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS modules and cloud deployment.
✔ Proven experience with Oracle Retail integrations (Xstore POS, ORMS, etc.).
✔ Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for Oracle Retail Cloud Services.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
