Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in full-stack development and hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and LLMs. The ideal candidate will work on designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications that integrate cutting-edge generative AI technologies.
Location: Remote (Pune, Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad)
Type: Contract – 6 Months (Extendable)
Experience: 6–8 Years
Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (4-hour US overlap)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) into production systems.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging LangChain and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Develop backend services and APIs for AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver scalable Gen AI solutions.
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and reusable components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, NestJS, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and LangChain.
• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Proven experience designing and deploying scalable applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a remote team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to MLOps practices.
