About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (0–2 years of experience) who is eager to learn and grow in the recruitment domain, especially within the technology sector.
As a Technical Recruiter at Qualcosoft, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle—from publishing job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates to scheduling interviews, onboarding selected candidates, and tracking their progress post-joining. You will also maintain candidate records in a structured, easily searchable way and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage job postings on the company portal, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Search, source, and screen candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Manage onboarding processes and track candidate progress post-onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate profiles in a searchable and organized format using Google Sheets, Drive, and the company portal.
  • Create, update, and monitor recruitment dashboards and reports.
  • Continuously engage with candidates to ensure smooth communication and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align recruitment activities with organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Active LinkedIn profile with at least 200 connections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Google Drive, Google Forms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in talent recruitment (preferably technical roles).
  • Basic knowledge of software technologies and development processes.
