About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW consultant with strong expertise in both SAP BW 3.5 and BW/4HANA to support a critical migration and optimization project. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and migrate data solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of SAP BW/4HANA solutions.
• Migrate and optimize existing SAP BW 3.5 objects to SAP BW/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data flows.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create custom ABAP programs and enhancements to meet project needs.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven expertise in SAP BW 3.5 with hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA.
• Experience with BW migration projects (BW 3.5 → BW/4HANA or BW 7.x → BW/4HANA).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data extraction, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in ABAP for data transformation and custom development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
