  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises)

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads across key regions (USA, Middle East, UK, India) to drive revenue growth

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals

  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing

  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs

  • Track KPIs and report progress to leadership

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and online platforms

🧠 Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in tech or consulting)

  • Proven success in closing deals and exceeding targets

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common tech stacks

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email outreach tools, etc.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
